About me

I am originally from Fresno, CA. I started in film back in high school and really enjoyed it. After serving in the US Navy for approximately 6 years, my interest in film exploded again. I first shot several friends of mine, racing at Lake Elsinore and other dirt tracks. I would cut together little pieces for them to show their family and friends. After upgrading several times, from a Sony 8mm Handycam, to now, a Canon XH-A1, I own enough equipment to shoot just about anything. During that time I have also upgraded my editing suite to include a 24" iMac, 1.5TB of external space and Final Cut Studio 2.

I am now working with Dat Phan, the first winner of last comic standing, on producing his first nationwide DVD release. I am producing the entire DVD project including the multi-cam filming, multi-cam edit in Final Cut, graphic design for the DVD cover and other design and authoring of the DVD. I have also just shot for a feature film from Jetre Film Entertainment called "Shroud", as the Unit Director. More info about shroud is online at www.jetrefilm.com and is also listed on IMDB under the title "Shroud". I have also shot many short films locally here in San Diego as well at Los Angeles. I was the Director of Photography for a local TV show in San Diego called Talent Search San Diego. The show aired 3 times on local San Diego channels.

I am interested in any and all projects in the Los Angeles area as well as the rest of the US and overseas. I have a valid US Passport and love to travel. I also own all of my equipment and have access to other equipment as well, including a doorway dolly with 30' of track and a 12' jib arm.
